I've spent more than three decades making procurement and supply chains work in the real world.

My career spans engineering, vendor development, supply-chain leadership and procurement — including four years in Italy. That breadth is what shapes how I teach: grounded in the decisions, relationships and operating pressures the job actually involves.

Alongside my industry role, I work with professionals through supply-chain institutions and learning platforms. What I enjoy most is the moment a concept stops being theory for someone and becomes something they can use on Monday morning.
